Certification
Focusing on the quality of our products, we make sure that all the gloves are manufactured under ISO 9001 Quality System. Depending upon the usage, our gloves conform to the International Glove Quality Standards as CE CAT 1, CAT 2 & CAT 3.
All the products are first tested against regulatory standards and are set for a wide range of manufacturing and export. Following are various certifications keeping in mind different use of gloves all over the industries.
EN 420:2003 It is used with specific regulations for safety gloves as a reference standard. It defines the design and construction necessities of the particular gloves. The standardization involves harmlessness, pH value, Chrome VI content, water penetration, labelling, comfort, efficiency and required information to be supplied by the manufacturing company.
EN 388:2003 The standard is applied to category-2 gloves, which are checked for mechanical hazards. The protection gloves undergo tests for cuts, abrasion, tears and punctures. The same standard is also applied for arm protectors.
EN 374-1, EN 374-2, EN374-3 The standard is applied for category-3 gloves, tested for harmful acts. These gloves are tested for the reaction against chemical products and microorganisms. Specific pictograph is used for all three types of standardization.
UNE-EN 407 This certification is used to test gloves for general requirements such as protection of gloves against heat, thermal protection performance levels and working ability of gloves against fire. We check that all our gloves protect hands from heat and flame in the situation of direct fire, convection heat, molten metal, minor or major spills, and radiating heat.
UNE-EN 511 The standardization defines and tests the gloves for cold temperature. It checks if the gloves are operational when the temperature is below -50 degrees celsius. This cold temperature may be natural or due to industrial processes.
